Singapore Anglican Community Services reaches out to people in need, with the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Our Mission

We provide refuge and relief for the psychiatrically-disabled and people in crisis. We aim to be an excellent caring Christian welfare organisation, effectively accomplishing rehabilitation of those under our care.

Who we are

The Singapore Anglican Community Services (SACS), formerly the Singapore Anglican Welfare Council (SAWC), is part of the community service arm of the Diocese of Singapore. We are an affiliate of the National Council of Social Service.

SACS is managed by a dedicated team of committed volunteers and professional staff.

Currently, SACS serves the community through the provision of psychiatric services, senior services and services for special groups.
